The XBox 360 suffers from a few common faults, we do not offer repairs on the 'Red light of death' as we cannot offer a warranty on this work. We can fix a number of other problems though!

We will usually have your XBox 360 back to you in 3-4 days. We also offer a free inspection service if you are not sure what problem you have with your XBox 360.

Not reading Games or DVD discs

If your console stops reading discs then it is likely the drive has failed. There are a number of different drives available so we won't know which one you have until we have a closer look, either way replacement with a brand new drive won't be a problem.

Stuck in 'load/eject' cycle

When you put a game in to your Xbox it is not read and the menu changes to eject immediatley. This means that the drive is faulty, sometimes it can be the linkage inside which has broken or the belt has come loose. The best thing with this problem is to replace the drive with a new one, that way the problem won't return!

Xbox 360 Physical damage/Case replacement

Often physical damage can ocur to the plastic shell of the XBox 360, especially if taking it apart to conduct a DIY repair! We can replace the casing for you and make your console look like new again. Or, if you fancy a change of colour becuase it doesn't match your TV stand then we can change it for you! Colours available are Clear, Green, Pink and Blue as well as the original colours.
