Not reading game discs

If your Wii has stopped playing discs or produces an error warning when you put a game in it is likely that your laser unit has failed and will need replacing. This is the most common type of Wii repair that we conduct. We ensure all Wii's are tested before return. If you have scratched discs then you can send them with the Wii and we will clean them up for you free of charge!

Grinding or whirring noise from disc drive

If your Wii starts making awful noises when trying to read a game we suggest you don't try any more games in the console as it is most likely that something is stuck in the drive. We often receive consoles where a child has 'posted' something into the drive which has got stuck and then scrathces an expensive game. We remove any unwanted items and repair any damage that has been done, we even return the object(s) to you!

Wireless / bluetooth problems

Another fairly common problem with the Wii is not being able to sync with a wireless connection or bluetooth controllers. Make sure you have clicked the red sync button on the controller and the console before sending it in for repair as it could just need a re-sync. Please send controllers with your Wii for this repair so we can test both items together.
