Just got back my sons DS Lite that was thoroughly dropped! The repair is fantastic it looks like a brand new DS and It only took a week from me posing it to getting it back including a bank holiday. I must admit I had my doubts about sending it off to an unknown site on the internet but I'm very impressed and when he drops it again (which I'm sure he will!) Would just like to say that I am extremely pleased with the level of service I have received from you. You replied promptly and efficiently to my Emails which reassured me that I hadn't sent my daughter's DS to a bogus site. You accomodated us when we changed our minds on the colour case required, even after you had ordered the first one. We received it back very quickly considering there were a lot of postal strikes going on at the time. My daughter is thrilled with her PURPLE Ds. None of her friends have got one that colour, and it looks stunning. We have two DS's in the house so if anything goes wrong with either of them in the future we will definitely send it to you.
