Postage Details:
When posting your console please include a return name and address, all hand-held console's (DS Lite, PSP etc) will be returned via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (if you require Special Delivery then please add £3 to the repair cost). Larger console's will be sent by Special Delivery only (please see specific pages for details).
We will email you or call you upon receipt of your console and when it is ready, provided payment has been received we will send you another email with the tracking number on as proof of postage.
Should anything happen to your console in the post we will do our best to help you recover the item and help in communications with the royal mail... although to date we have never had any problems with this service from the Royal Mail.

Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal, you may make your payment once you have received notification that the repiar work on your console has been completed. We will require payment prior to posting your console back to you. Please send payments to:
