Since the Nintendo DSi was launched in the UK it has proved to be very popular. However like the DS Lite the Nintendo DSi can suffer due to it's 'take it everywhere' nature. Broken Hinge

The most common repair on the Nintendo DSi is a broken hinge or cracked case. There are a number of different colours of case/shell available and each one includes all the buttons and exterior pieces required to get your DSi looking as good as new. Perhaps your DSi is not broken but you just want to change the colour and give it a fresh look?

Cracked or damaged LCD screen(s), top or bottom

As the Nintnedo DSi is a handheld console it can often end up with a broken LCD screen, either from a drop or fall... or from being slammed down in frustration when you just can't complete that level!! This is a common repair and we'll have it good as new in no time.

Touch screen problems

With a larger touch screen the Nintendo DSi is subject to problems with damage to the touch pad. We can replace it with brand new touch screen and have your Nintendo DSi fully functional again!

Power failure

Most likely a problem with the mainboard (for example: the Nintendo DSi will flash on for a second then go off, or there is no activity at all) replacement is the only option here unless it is a screen which is causing the problem, in which case the DSis screen will be replaced and you will be charged accordingly.

Unable to play Games

Another common problem is the Nintendo DSi not detecting that a game has been inserted into the console, this is caused by damage to the card reader and may be a result of insertion of games in the wrong waty around or liquid damage

Camera problems

This is normally the camera that needs replacing or the ribbon cable that connects the camera to the main board. Replacement is the only option in this case.

'L' & 'R' trigger buttons not responding?

Often the L, R or L & R buttons will stop working. These are located on the back of the DSi as you hold it in the game playing position. We can replace the internal switch for you and have the DSi fully functional again in no time!
